  2. Now colour of flour start to change in light brown, now keep roasting on low flame for 5-6 min the colour change in dark brown…& Turn of the flame and keep it aside…
  3. Meanwhile heat sugar along with water in another pan, to make sugar syrup…& Add cardamom powder in sugar syrup & mix well..
  4. Make 1 thread chasni..& keep aside for 2 min..
  5. Now pour the prepared sugar syrup in it while stirring continuously..
  6. Pour the prepared mohanthal mix on greased tray & garnish with chopped nuts..
  7. Set it to 2-3 hours & you can put it in frizer also…after it sets cut into pieces & serve it…
